I submitted this before but now the situation has changed a bit and it's not just one Charater that is mine that she is selling it's now two.

I frankly Will not stand by when something I own is being sold with out consent.

Selling Art work I own.

Shizi held a raffle instead of making a whole new Shimiren I asked and agreement was made, (due to the artist of said comic didn't wanna change the characters to much) and sent the winner the original files (a clean and a Mature version) of the character. I had received him to settle from a previous argument with the original owner.

As mentioned above the reason for the raffle was due to her personal TOS "you cannot resell" the character's, and the issues that ensued with the previous owner. After this and many other experiences with this person I tried to press charges for slander and harassment. I was in contact with a investigator on the subject, and they told me she wouldn't be on the site again. http://i.imgur.com/McNsiYy.png

But she had and as well on many other sites verbally slandering my and other peoples names. When I contacted them to check in on her, they told me she's not there issue any more due to a very personal issue on shizi's end so I will let you draw your own conclusion on this via the information to come. Even tho I was mad at her I made sure to let the woman that was assisting me know about these issues. I was worried about her... I would like to thank the woman. She rushed over to check on her and called me after and told me what was going to happen and my legal stand point on the issue. Needless to say I have the grounds to but she need's doctor more then a lawyer, So I didn't press charges. She would have more then likely would have pleaded out anyways.

Regardless.

Recently, A friend of mine made a journal cause Shizi was selling their character as well. I when to check it out, and found in her For sale folder a gift she had given me and a character I now own again where in it. Needless to say I was very upset.

There are log's of this trans action of the image in Skype but I sold the computer and most of what was said was on voice at this point any way.

The previous owner of Sotetseg, The Dark Shimiren was busy so we never came to terms with who owned him. We came to the understanding they "don't care" and I have taken owner ship of him again. This Time for good.

I would try to resolve this my self but I have been blocked.

I'm very upset that after all this time she is still doing these things. I had hoped she would move on with her life like how most if not all of us involved where and are trying to.

Please just listen to me.

Cast you anger aside for one moment, and listen to reasoning.

I know you have been hurt by your perception of things but, many other's have also been hurt by you due to their perception of things. I am one of them.

I found you to be lying to me. So I blocked you nothing more. I had invested so much time in trying to help you, and you would throw it all away... It hurt me. You said to me If I needed a break you would give me one. You said you wanted the "angerglows" to be a species people could love and I lived up to that. I have never made a profit off of any of them because you wanted them to enjoyed by the public as much as I did. I only blocked you to cool off due to the information I had found you gave me to be a lie. A false screenshot you sent me about Trev. Trev got on to a join me and proved to me you where lying cause I was trying to get the truth out of him FOR YOU. That is when I found you be lying to me... That you forged that screen shot... My heart sank... The person I trusted to bring into my home and to become apart of my family cause I felt so deeply about you. It was nothing but a lie at that point I had felt. You LIED to me and so it made me think what else has she lied to me about... well I was going to talk to you about it and get your side... then you started attacking people. Paige, angie and so many more where caught in your wrath and anger over me blocking you cause I was hurt by your lie and I didn't wanna go off on you.

You claim I'm calling you scammer, no your wrong. You owed me from a donation stream and that is it but, I considered it even due to your help with my son.

We where all hurt by what you did. To the point we made a support group to help get our aggression out our selves and share our stories with each other to not make it public cause most of us wanted you to try to start a new life.

When I saw you had a new partner, I was happy for you. At one point some one told me you had a bird and again I was happy your where picking up your life.

Then people started mentioning your comments about me... and frankly what makes you think I could hack anything?

The one time I was in your face book you gave me permissions to do so and and you can check with face book cause they log each location your in every log in.

I have no reason to lie to you.

Paige has finished that work you never paid her for unless that is a lie, if so then prove it on screen share cause as far as many of us are concerned you make fake screen shots. Only a Live join me or other screen sharing program could possibly prove your innocents at this point.

I have logs of you transferring ownership of the accounts to me which are locked down by FA staff. Which is why I changed the species name. I made them a free species so no profit could be gained due to our fighting I didn't want to talk to you again. I never made any money off of them and the Fa staff is aware to that agreement. I can be commissioned to draw them, but not make any money of the species as a name due to trade mark terms is not possible unless I decide to register said trade mark due to our agreement. AKA I can't charge to make them one just the artwork. So to ensure no farther arguments would break out I made them a free to own species thus commissioning me to draw an image for them of something that is fair use will not violate the agreement and people can then have them and enjoy them like you wanted.

You need put your past behind you. You need to move on.

What have any of us done to you as of late to cause this behavior?

Why is proving your innocence so important, when you have a man that loves you, a wonderful bird, and friends who care about you?

Why do you choose to do this?

It's been months and we all where just doing our own things and suddenly you start this rampage... again.

What caused it?

I've been a rough spot, and frankly I don't need the extra stress on me right now.

I lost an unborn child, been in a car wreck, having computer issues, on top feeling like I lost me best friend... You.

You have cut me so deep that things will be never right between us ever again. After seeing how you have treated these people who are to my knowledge the same as I just going about their lives. You are at random attacking us.

I just wanna know why now? What Sparked this all of a sudden?

Have we not been keeping you out of public's eye of our disliking to you?
Have we not been quiet as to let you develop your own friends and rebuild your life?
Have we not been putting this in the past?

I know I have, and many others to.

So why do you keep doing this to us?

The only thing I can think of is that you are trying to convince your self of these lies.

You have nothing to prove.

You are the center of your world and people would leave you alone if only you would stop trying rip open the old wounds.

You are your own worst enemy at this rate.

Please your own sanity, and those around you drop this vendetta.

Enjoy your New found love, your cherished pet bird, and most of all these friends who who care so deeply about you.

I know how wonderful of person you can be. I hope those who do care about stop their attacks cause it will only bring those whom they are attacking at your door.

There is no gain for any of this on your end but making people mad at you all over again.
